ALISHA is a space that aims to guide you to find your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing using a combination of wonderful therapeutic modalities such as Transformational Breathing®, Brennan Healing Science® , Family Constellations and Channeled Meditation.

This is a practice where we combine conscious connected breathing and the energy centers for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.


Breath is the bridge that connects life with consciousness

The Session

The session is divided into three stages: intention, practice and integration.
At the beginning you express your personal intention. The second step is the practice of Breathe Energy for which you need a comfortable space where you can lay down. The final moment is the integration when you share your experience.

  • Breathing Circle
  • USD (Donation) 20 per online group session
    • It is a monthly world event. An online 60-minute session taught in English with people from all over the world.

  • - Free for IBF members
    • A global group online session of a breathing session, in English with the International Breathwork Foundation members.

It will be good for people who have to deal with their own anxiety, it gives them a complete break because the anxiety is a pattern. Having a session with you breaks that pattern and allows them to just be centered on their breathing and eventually it takes them to a profound peace. And so they can learn to control their anxiety.
